We offer a variety of employment services to satisfy the goals of each participant through individual employment, group employment, and paid internship opportunities. All opportunities are supported and coached tailored to the levels of independence requested from our participants and employment partners.

Job Coaches will be available to assist participants and employers on-site tailored to the level of support requested.

Randy was previously employed at a group employment site for a full-service marking device manufacturer where he was compensated based off of his productivity and made as little as $3.20 an hour.
Randy now works at Home Depot in their gardening department where he interacts with customers, tends to the plants and inventory, contributes to a team, and is compensated with equity.“My favorite part about working at Home Depot is helping customers! And watering the plants. If there’s no watering to be done, there’s always more to do.”
