We provide support to-and-from community sites through private or public transportation.

Program Logistics
We provide person-centered planning services, ensuring you receive increased independence, self-reliance, and enhanced community integration.
- Available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
- We create an activities schedule that is tailored to your preferences and goals.
- Receive 1:3 to 1:4 support.

Key entrance criteria:
- Adults, 18 and over, with an intellectual and/or developmental disability.
- The individual must express an interest in small group day programming.
- The individual does not present a danger to themselves or others.
- Funding must come from the Regional Center or through private payment.
