The Best Vision is Insight
Over 35 years ago, eight adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in San Diego county embarked on a path toward universal social equality. Today this journey has become Options For All, a non-profit organization creating opportunities for adults with I/DD in making choices to live, work and enjoy life in their community with dignity and respect.
Since our inception in 1985, we now serve over 1,500 consumers across the state of California with more than 8 innovative programs.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Award winning executive with over 25 years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. A tested and proven, high impact organizational leader with significant success as a fundraiser in membership based not-for-profits, nonprofits, and political organizations. With expertise in strategic planning, conflict resolution, and data analytics, has fused those skills to bring together diverse groups of persons by highlighting their common cause.
Brian holds certifications in Project Management, Change Management, and Work Systems Redesign. He is a graduate of the San Diego LEAD-INFLUENCE cohort, serves as a finalist judge for the Stevie Awards and Learning Elite Awards, and sits on the board of San Diego Pride and The Special Needs Trust Foundation. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Philosophy from The College of William and Mary.
